Para ello, los investigadores emplearon un kit r\u00e1pido de genotipificaci\u00f3n de la \u03b2-case\u00edna A2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa permitir\u00e1 orientar la producci\u00f3n hacia una leche con mejores propiedades nutricionales, m\u00e1s saludable para el consumidor.
