Un Sistema de Control interno comprende los planes, m\u00e9todos, pol\u00edticas y procedimientos utilizados para cumplir con la Misi\u00f3n, el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico y los Objetivos de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-elements-9d4d6f2a82693d529693a3807fad190b has-text-align-left wp-block-heading has-work-sans-font-family has-text-color has-link-color\" style=\"color:#921f53;font-size:25px\">I. AMBIENTE DE CONTROL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n debe propiciar una conciencia de control que influya profundamente en la cultura organizacional de la instituci\u00f3n manteniendo su orientaci\u00f3n hacia el cumplimiento de su funci\u00f3n constitucional, legal y la finalidad social del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-elements-6c28b6a01c554668aa221dfe08083581 wp-block-heading has-work-sans-font-family has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color\" style=\"font-size:18px;text-transform:uppercase\">     1.
